My background

My Pilates journey began at the age of twelve during my pre-professional ballet training. I dreamt of being a prima ballerina but a career-ending injury changed my path. In my recovery I continued to study Pilates. I found it to be a therapeutic and healing practice. I went on to receive my Bachelors Degree from the University of California Los Angeles. From there I worked in Hollywood and New York City before realizing I wasn’t built to sit behind a desk. My professional calling was Pilates. I studied with Body Arts and Science International to complete my certification.

As a busy mom of two, I’ve learned that an effective Pilates workout doesn’t always have to be an hour or longer. We all know that motherhood leaves little time for anything else. So, I’ve created workouts that can fit during that time of day that we, as moms, long for -- naptime. It’s that precious time of day that might be as short as 20 minutes or as long as 2 hours.

What’s a busy mom to do in that time, check something off the to-do list or do some self-care? I think at-home Pilates should be an option. I want you to have access to affordable, time-efficient and effective Pilates workouts because I believe that moms deserve to feel their best!
